At Mood Travel, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experiences. We understand that sometimes travel plans may change, and we’re here to help. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the circumstances under which refunds are available.

Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following refund policy will apply:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the travel date, we will provide a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the travel date, we will provide a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before the travel date, no refund will be provided.
  • Please note that certain travel arrangements may be non-refundable or subject to additional cancellation fees imposed by our travel partners. We will advise you of any such fees before you make your reservation.

Cancellation by Mood Travel
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other emergencies. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule your travel plans at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to make the reservation.

Changes to Refund Policy
We may update our refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website.
